How to add, edit or delete your quiet hours in digital banking
- Online banking users: Select Profile & settings, then Personal details.
Mobile app users: From the main menu, select Profile & settings, then Personal details. - Scroll down and select Quiet hours.
- To set up:
- Choose Set up quite hours.
- Select the start time, end time and time zone.
- Choose Save to complete the process.
- To edit:
- Choose Edit and make any changes to your start time, end time and time zone.
- Choose Save to complete the process.
- To delete:
- Choose Delete and confirm by selecting Delete again.
- You’ll receive a confirmation page.
