How do I report fraud or suspicious activity on a card with Spend Management?

If you do not recognize one or more transactions made on your card and suspect fraudulent activity, call Cardmember Service Fraud Operations at 866-737-6844, and one of our representatives will help you.   

To prevent further fraudulent charges, the Owner may temporarily turn the card off or an employee, admin, or department lead can lock a card.

Turning a card On/Off using Spend Management in digital banking (Owner only) 

  1. Select the Cards or My cards
  2. Set the toggle to ‘Off’ for the card in question within the Card box to prevent further transactions.

Locking a card using Spend Management in digital banking (All users)

  1. Select the Cards or My cards.
  2. Set the toggle to ‘On’ within the Card Lock box for the card in question to prevent further transactions.
