How do I report fraud or suspicious activity on a card with Spend Management?
If you do not recognize one or more transactions made on your card and suspect fraudulent activity, call Cardmember Service Fraud Operations at 866-737-6844, and one of our representatives will help you.
To prevent further fraudulent charges, the Owner may temporarily turn the card off or an employee, admin, or department lead can lock a card.
Turning a card On/Off using Spend Management in digital banking (Owner only)
- Select the Cards or My cards.
- Set the toggle to ‘Off’ for the card in question within the Card box to prevent further transactions.
Locking a card using Spend Management in digital banking (All users)
- Select the Cards or My cards.
- Set the toggle to ‘On’ within the Card Lock box for the card in question to prevent further transactions.
