How do I dispute a transaction in Spend Management?
Often, disputed transactions are legitimate charges that customers may not recognize or remember. If you discover a posted transaction that may be incorrect or unsure about a specific transaction, we recommend resolving the issue directly with the merchant before filing a dispute.
If you cannot resolve the dispute with the merchant despite your best efforts, you can take the following steps.
Disputing a transaction from the Spend Management Mobile App
- Navigate to My Card in the Spend Management Mobile App.
- Select Manage at the bottom right of the card on which the transaction was made.
- Select View transactions, then find the transaction you’d like to dispute.
- Select Dispute transaction.
Disputing a transaction online using Spend Management
- Navigate to the Transactions tab.
- Select the transaction you’d like to dispute.
- Select Dispute transaction in the left navigation bar.

Note: Users can only dispute transactions for up to 120 days (about four months).
