How do I dispute a transaction in Spend Management?

Often, disputed transactions are legitimate charges that customers may not recognize or remember. If you discover a posted transaction that may be incorrect or unsure about a specific transaction, we recommend resolving the issue directly with the merchant before filing a dispute.  

If you cannot resolve the dispute with the merchant despite your best efforts, you can take the following steps. 

Disputing a transaction from the Spend Management Mobile App 

  1. Navigate to My Card in the Spend Management Mobile App. 
  2. Select Manage at the bottom right of the card on which the transaction was made. 
  3. Select View transactions, then find the transaction you’d like to dispute.
  4. Select Dispute transaction.  

Disputing a transaction online using Spend Management 

  1. Navigate to the Transactions tab.
  2. Select the transaction you’d like to dispute. 
  3. Select Dispute transaction in the left navigation bar.

Note: Users can only dispute transactions for up to 120 days (about four months).
