Why was my transaction with my card configured with Spend Management declined?

If your card is declined while making a purchase, it could be due to any of the following reasons: 

  • The card is locked, suspended, or inactive. 
  • The transaction exceeded the card’s spending limit set within Spend Management. 
  • The Spend Management card controls restricted the transaction.   
  • Suspected fraudulent activity. 
  • Incorrect card information was entered.
