How do I close my Spend Management account?
You can close your Spend Management account in many ways. Choose the easiest course of action:
Spend Management user
If you are a user in a Spend Management account and no longer need the account, an account owner or admin with user permission can remove the user from the account.
Spend Management account owners
Your Spend Management account is tied to your U.S. Bank Business credit card. To close your Spend Management account, you must close your U.S. Bank Business Credit Card. Make sure you collect any necessary information before closing the account.
To close your U.S. Bank Business credit card please call 833-673-1445. We accept relay calls.
For calls outside the United States, contact us at 503-401-9991. This will be a collect call, and we will accept the charges.
Please note that accounts can't be closed while systems are in overnight processing (generally 10:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. CT).
Branch
Visit any U.S. Bank branch and speak with a banker. We encourage you to make an appointment to allow time for questions and processing.
In writing
You can also send a written request. It needs to include your full account number, a message saying you want that account closed, and your signature.
