If you don’t want to participate in the cash-back deals program, you can unenroll anytime.

To opt out of cash-back deals using online banking

1. Select Profile & settings (found at the top-right side of the page), then choose Manage profile & settings.
2. Choose Edit alerts & notifications.
3. Select Offers & insights from the Notifications list.
4. Locate “Cash-back deals program” and select the toggle to turn it off.

To opt out of cash back deal using the U.S. Bank Mobile App

1. Open the main menu and select Notifications.
2. Choose Cash-back deals.
3. Select Opt out of cash-back deals at the bottom of the screen.
