How do I change or reset my Spend Management account password?
If you've forgotten your password and are having trouble logging into your Spend Management account we're here to help.
Reset your password using Spend Management using digital banking
Your title must be: Admin, department lead or employee.
- Go to the Spend Management login page then select Reset password.
- Enter the email address you use for your Spend Management credentials and select Submit. A password reset link will be sent to your email address.
- Select Reset password to be redirected to the password page.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Select Save and return to the login page.
Change your password in Spend Management using online banking
- Go to the Spend Management login page then select Change password.
- Go to Profile & settings and select Profile.
- Select Reset password and follow the prompts.
Reset your password in Spend Management using the U.S. Bank Mobile app
- Select the menu icon, then Settings.
- Select Change password under the General section.
- Enter the Current password, New password, and Confirm password, then Save.
- Select Save.
- A confirmation will display “Your Password has been updated” or provide instructions if there is an error.

- If you’re unable to find the password reset email, please check your spam folder.
- Password reset links are for one-time use only and expire 15 minutes from receipt of the email.
- If you've requested a reset link more than once, make sure you're referencing the most recent email.
- Make sure the password contains the required characters, numbers, and symbols.
