How do I replace, reissue, or cancel a card using Spend Management?

A business owner or an admin with full access permissions to the cards section can report a card lost, stolen, or never received to have the card replaced/reissued. They can also cancel a card within Spend Management.

To report a card lost, stolen, or never received using Spend Management

  1. Navigate to the Cards tab, select the card you need to replace reissue or cancel.
  2. From the left side menu options, select Reissue card.
  3. Select the reason for reissuing the card, then Continue.
  4. Review your selections then Create card to confirm.

To Cancel a Card Using Spend Management

  1. Navigate to the Cards tab and select the card.
  2. Select Delete card from the left side menu options.
  3. Select Confirm and delete card to delete the selected card.
