There are two ways a business owner or admin with full access permission may view translations in violation of expense policies.
Option 1 – Expense policies
- Select Expense policies under Profile & settings.
- Select View all transactions in policy violation.
This will take you to the Transactions tab where you will see a complete list of the violating transaction(s).
Option 2 – Transactions filter
- Select Transactions, then Filters.
- Select Filter transactions by and choose Policy.
- Select In policy violations.
- Apply the filter.
All transactions in violation will also have an orange exclamation point icon next to the transaction amount.
Cardholder with expense policy violation
Cardholders who make transactions that violate the expense policy in Spend Management will receive an automatic email outlining the transaction, the policy violation, and the necessary steps to rectify the violation. Violations are also listed under Alerts within the Spend Management account.
It is important to promptly follow the steps to correct any violations. In some cases, policy violations may result in the card being turned off 24 hours after the last weekly reminder. If the card is deactivated due to a policy violation, the cardholder must correct the issue for it to be reactivated automatically.
