Why am I still getting emails sent to my old email address after I've updated it?
When you change your email address, you may need to update it in multiple areas to match. Below are all the places that could have your email listed:
- Account alerts
- Bill pay alerts
- Email address linked to your Zelle® profile
- Primary email address in your online banking profile
