Why am I seeing an error message for one of my linked external accounts?
There are a couple reasons an error can occur. The most common is when you've changed your username and/or password at your other bank. Here's how to fix it:

- From the account dashboard, select the gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Choose Manage accounts and then scroll down to the external account.
- Select the three dots to the right of the account and choose Remove all accounts.

- From the main menu select Manage accounts, then choose Manage external accounts.
- Select your external account, then choose Remove linked accounts.
