How can I update where I receive alerts from my Focus Card?

Updating alerts is easy and you can update in one of three ways:
 
Mobile number update:
Select Card Management and choose Alerts option to update your Mobile Number and Carrier Type field with your new provider (if applicable).
 
Email address update:
From the main menu select Card Management and then select Alerts
 
Update by phone:
Call Cardmember Services at the number on the back of your card. We accept relay calls.
