What if I see errors or unauthorized charges on my ReliaCard®?

You must call 855-282-6161 within 120 days after the transaction. We accept relay calls.

Please have this information in-hand when you call:

  • Your card number.
  • The date of the transaction.
  • The dollar amount of the presumed error or unauthorized transaction.
