From time to time, there may be a need to send or receive sensitive information by email. If you've received an email from us, follow the steps below to open it. 

For new users to register

1. Open the attachment in the secure email and a Registered Envelope will appear in a new browser. 
2. Return to the email and follow the instructions provided to create your email account.
3. Once all the required information is completed, select Register.
4. Return to the Registered Envelope and follow the steps below.

To open for existing users

1. Open the attachment in the secure email and a Registered Envelope will appear in a new browser. 
2. Enter your password and select Open to retrieve your secured email. 

To reply, select Reply to the sender.
