What if I didn't receive the PIN for my new debit card?
Your PIN and U.S. Bank debit card are not mailed in the same envelope. Your PIN mailer will arrive separately in a plain envelope, approximately three to five business days after you receive your debit card.
If you have not received it within this time frame, you can choose your own PIN. Here's how:
- You can choose a new PIN in your digital banking.
- You'll need a registered cellular device for this option.

- Call us at 800-USBANKS (872-2657) and speak to a banker.
- We can mail a new PIN to the address on file. We accept relay calls.
- Visit any branch to select a new PIN.
