We have sophisticated fraud-monitoring tools that look for abnormal spending patterns. If we see something unusual, we move fast to keep your card and your account information safe.

Your account is also protected with zero fraud liability, which means you’ll get reimbursed for 100% of fraud losses due to unauthorized use of your account. Please notify U.S. Bank promptly of any unauthorized use. Certain conditions and limitations may apply.1

Add an Authorized User

Add an authorized user, who can share your line of credit and card benefits. Its easy. Log in to usbank.com, link opens in new window > Customer Service > Add Authorized User or Log in to the U.S. Bank Mobile App, link opens in new window > Manage Cards > Select your card > Add a User.2

Choose a Payment Due Date

Everyone's schedule is different. So, it's handy to be able to pick when your payment is due. Simply call the number on the back of your card.3

Set up AutoPay

Set up AutoPay to ensure you always pay on time, avoiding late fees and possibly save on interest charges. It can also help you pay down your balance a little faster. When paying a bill within Online Banking or in the U.S. Bank Mobile App, click on the link to "Set up recurring payments".

Your Credit Score

Cardmembers enrolled in Online Banking can obtain their credit score at no cost.5 This tool tracks your score over time, shows you how certain credit actions can impact your score and provides helpful information on how to maintain good financial health. This credit score is for educational purposes and is not used by U.S. Bank to make credit decisions.
