Log in to U.S. Bank Access® Online to perform the following tasks:

  • Create and close cards and/or vehicles
  • Add and terminate drivers and/or vehicles
  • PIN reset or assign a PIN to each driver
  • Create new users (authorization required)
  • Change vehicle attributes
  • Maintain credit limits (daily/weekly/cycle)

Voyager® Fleet Program

Log in to U.S. Bank Fleet Commander Online to perform the following tasks:

  • Create and close cards

GSA SmartPay® Forum Presentations

GSA SmartPay® Training Forum presentations are available in the Announcements section on the Access Online or Fleet Commander Online web-based training pages. These resources will help you implement best practices to manage your card program and handle administrative challenges.

Access Online

  1. Log in to Access Online.
  2. Select Training from the left column navigation bar.
  3. Locate Change role and select Government Administrator.
  4. Locate the Announcements section on the lower right side of the screen.
  5. Click the GSA SmartPay® Virtual Training Forum presentations link to download a zip file.
  6. Open the presentations from the zip file or export and save the presentations.

Fleet Commander Online

  1. Log in to Fleet Commander Online.
  2. Click Online Training from the left column navigation pane.
  3. Locate the Announcements area on the lower right side of the page.
  4. Click the GSA SmartPay® Virtual Training Forum presentations link to download a zip file.
  5. Open the presentations from the zip file or export and save the presentations.
