  1. Points are earned on eligible Net Purchases. Net Purchases are Purchases minus credits and returns. Not all transactions are considered to be Purchases and eligible to earn rewards, such as transactions posting as Convenience Checks; Balance Transfers; Advances (including ATM withdrawals, wire transfers, traveler's checks, money orders, foreign cash transactions, betting transactions, and lottery tickets); interest charges and fees; credit insurance premiums; and transactions to (i) fund certain prepaid card products, (ii) buy currency from the U.S. Mint, or (iii) buy cash convertible items. Upon approval, please refer to the materials received with your new card and the Program Rules in the online Rewards Center by logging in to usbank.com for additional information. Account must be open and in good standing (not past due or overlimit) on the closing date of the billing cycle in order to earn and redeem Points. A purchase will not earn additional Points if the merchant's selected code is in a category that is not eligible for additional Points earning. We do not determine the category codes that merchants choose and reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify for additional Points. Use of the Card is subject to terms and conditions of the U.S. Bank Business Altitude Power Cardmember Agreement, which may be amended from time to time.

  2. U.S. Bank Business Altitude Power Card Cardmembers will earn two (2) "Points" for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases. In addition, as further explained below, you will earn additional Points for the following Net Purchases: You will earn four (4) additional Points (6 points total) for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases spent on prepaid car and hotel reservations purchased in the Rewards Travel Center using your rewards credit card instead of Points. Please allow 1-2 statement billing cycles for your bonus Points to appear on your credit card statement. Refer to the Rewards Center for full details. You will earn one half (0.5) additional point (2.5 total points) on your first $5,000 in combined eligible Net Purchases made using a mobile wallet. During any calendar quarter in which you spend more than $5,000 combined in purchases using a mobile wallet, you will earn 2 Points for each $1 spent, with no maximum. "Mobile wallet" means Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay, Google Wallet, and Garmin Pay™. Unlike Google Wallet, Google Pay may not qualify as a mobile wallet and earn additional cash back, depending on how the transaction is completed. We cannot control how mobile wallet transactions are designated and reserve the right to determine which Purchases qualify for additional cash back. Please allow 1-2 statement billing cycles for your Points to appear on your credit card statement. Refer to the Rewards Center for full details.

  3. One-time 75,000 bonus points will be awarded if eligible Net Purchases totaling $10,000 or more are made to the Account Owner's Card within 120 days from account opening. The Account Owner's Card is the card assigned to the initial applicant of the account and would not include cards used by authorized employees. Net purchases are purchases minus credits and returns. Rewards are earned based on eligible net purchases. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your bonus points to be credited to your account. Existing and previous Business Altitude Power accounts do not qualify for bonus points for a similar account type. One-time bonus points do not apply toward account upgrades. Use of the Business Altitude Power Card is subject to terms and conditions of the Business Altitude Power Cardmember Agreement, which may be amended from time to time. This offer may not be combined with any other bonus offer. Subject to credit approval.

  4. Cardmembers may transfer points between the Business Altitude Connect Card, the Business Altitude Power Card, the Altitude® Go Card and the Altitude® Connect Card. Certain conditions and limitations apply. Complete Reward Program Rules will be provided once you become a cardmember.

  5. From time to time we may offer you the benefit of our U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Plans, which allow you to pay off balances in fixed monthly payments over time and still avoid paying interest charges on new Purchases. Only your company’s Authorized Officer (AO) may enroll in an ExtendPay Plan. All references to "you" and "your" apply to the AO. If your company’s card program is set up with central billing, the AO may select ExtendPay eligible Purchases when viewing the central billing account (which includes Purchases made on employee cards). If your company is set up with individual billing, the AO may only select Purchases made on their own card account. You may designate up to 50% of your credit card line ($100 minimum) in eligible credit card purchases and pay in monthly installments with just a small fixed monthly fee. Only Purchase balances are eligible for ExtendPay Plans. Transactions identified as Advances or Balance Transfers (as defined in your Cardmember Agreement), and any interest or fees, including Annual Fee, do not apply. The only Purchases that will appear as "Eligible Purchases" in the enrollment process are Purchases that were made within 60 days prior to signing up for an ExtendPay Plan, are over $100, and are less than your Purchase balance when you sign up for an ExtendPay Plan. Any unpaid balance remaining on an ExtendPay Plan after the chosen pay-back period will be subject to the APR and minimum payment calculation for purchases outlined in the Cardmember Agreement. The monthly fixed fee will be determined when your ExtendPay Plan is created and is provided to you before you complete setting up an ExtendPay Plan. This fee will remain the same until the ExtendPay Plan is paid in full. The monthly fixed fee of the ExtendPay Plan is based upon the original principal amount, Purchase APR, and other factors.

  6. Maximum Point value applies to Points redeemed for a deposit into an eligible U.S. Bank Account. The redemption value may be different if you choose to redeem your Points for other rewards such as travel, merchandise, gift cards, and/or statement credit. Other restrictions apply. Establishment or ownership of a U.S. Bank Account or other relationship with U.S. Bank is not required to obtain a card or to be eligible to use Points to obtain any rewards offered under the program. Minimum redemption amounts may vary and are subject to change without notice.

  7. IMPORTANT CHANGE: Effective April 14, 2025, any new Points will expire if there is no reward, purchase, or balance activity on your account for 12 consecutive statement cycles. Points earned prior to April 14, 2025 will not be affected.
