A new and improved Travel Center is now available
Our new Travel Center, now with Booking.com, makes it easy to book hotels, air travel, car rentals, and attractions while also earning cash back. This is a great option for booking your travel.
Reward redemption and expiration changes
Cash Rewards will not expire as long as you keep your account active.5 To keep your account active, simply make a purchase, maintain a balance or redeem rewards. Cash Rewards will expire if there is no activity for 12 billing cycles.
You'll get the most value when you redeem your Cash Rewards as a statement credit, deposit into an eligible U.S. Bank account or as a cash donation to charity.
When redeeming Cash Rewards for Real-Time Rewards and U.S. Bank Rewards Cards, the Cash Rewards values and redemption minimums may vary over time, and will be disclosed upon redemption.6
Rewards pooling is when all rewards earned by any card within the company card program accumulate to the Central Bill account, which can only be accessed by the Authorized Officer or Authorized Representative. Central Billing is required for rewards pooling.
Redemption Choices:
Redeem Cash Rewards right away or save them for later. Cash Rewards do not expire as long as the account remains active.5

Your credit card is embedded with a microchip that adds an additional layer of security to your traditional magnetic stripe card. It turns cardmember information into a unique code that is virtually impossible to duplicate or copy when used at a chip-enabled terminal. If the merchant has a chip terminal, they will ask you to simply insert your card into the terminal and sign your name to verify your purchase. At merchants who are not equipped with chip terminals, swipe your card and sign your name as usual.
