• Please allow 30 days since the original check was issued before contacting us. This ensures processing and mail time is accounted for.
• If the loan meets the following criteria, the funds are turned over to the state as unclaimed property.
  
  • The loan is paid in full.
  • The check was not cashed.
  • It's been more than 180 days since the original check was issued.
