What if I need to return something or get a refund on my ReliaCard®?
Treat your returns and refunds just like you would with any other personal card by contacting the merchant or business first.
- You’ll work with them to request a refund. If approved, they’ll send the funds back to your ReliaCard®.
- Refunds and returns are subject to the merchant’s policies or applicable law.
