Zelle® memos can be viewed if one was entered at the time the funds were sent. And can only be viewed by the person that send those funds.
For example, if you sent funds to Joe Smith and entered a memo, you can look that information up using these steps. However, if Joe Smith sent you funds and entered a memo, you cannot see those details.

To see Zelle® memos using online banking and the U.S. Bank Mobile App

1. Select Transfer & pay, then choose Send & request money with Zelle®.
2. Select Activity and locate the transaction you’d like to check.
   Note: If you don't see the payment you're looking for, use the Search function.
3. Select the transaction to open the details. If you don’t see a memo, one wasn’t entered when the funds were sent.
