How can I cancel a Zelle payment request?

We can help you cancel a request for funds with Zelle® when it's in a pending status. 

To cancel a request for funds using digital banking

  1. Select Transfer & pay, then Send & request money with Zelle®.
  2. Select Activity, then choose Requests. 
  3. Select the recipient and choose Cancel Request, then select Yes to confirm.
