Enroll in Mobile Banking

If you’re a current U.S. Bank customer, you can now enroll in Mobile Banking right from your mobile device – no computer required.

Update your personal info quickly and easily.

Need to update your personal profile, preferences and settings? No problem. Simply open the main menu in the U.S. Bank Mobile app2 and tap Self Service. From there, you can change your password or ID Shield settings and update your mailing address, email address and phone numbers.

Take care of your cards.

You can also manage your credit cards and check cards in the U.S. Bank Mobile app. Use it to:

  • Request and activate a U.S. Bank check card
  • Change your ATM PIN
  • Manage overdraft protection settings for your check card
  • Report a lost or stolen card
  • Report unauthorized card transactions

You can now complete many basic account-maintenance tasks from the U.S. Bank Mobile app. Simply open the main menu and tap Self Service. From there, you can find past check and deposit slip images and request copies of your bank statements.

  1. For text alerts, standard messaging charges apply through your mobile carrier and message frequency depends on account settings.

  2. The U.S. Bank Mobile app is free to download. Your mobile carrier may charge access fees depending upon your individual plan. Web access is needed to use the Mobile app. Check with your carrier for specific fees and charges. Some mobile features may require additional online setup. Any fees for optional transactions will be identified during registration for these services and during their use.
