As you're working through your application, please note the following guidance to help you avoid common errors. (DESCRIPTION) A list of items labeled guidelines with a checkbox. (SPEECH) Ensure all legal names listed on your monthly billing statement are accurately stated in the application. This includes any names that may need to be altered or removed due to a marriage, divorce, death, or other reason. If corrections are required, contact us by phone at 855-698-7627 to resolve. Please be prepared to submit the applicable documentation to support the change. Include requested documentation for each borrower that's listed on the mortgage or deed. (DESCRIPTION) New screen. Clearly explain the frequency of any bonus or incentive payments, if applicable. (DESCRIPTION) New screen. Animation: A form with different sections. (SPEECH) If self-employed, include a profit and loss statement with business or individual name. Income and expenses must be mathematically accurate, and the document must be signed and dated. Supply two consecutive months of proof to validate any household benefit income, such as social security, VA, child support, unemployment, pension, or annuities. Awards letters are used to validate household income not otherwise captured through a pay stub or benefits letter. If you're filling out a paper application and there are questions that don't apply to your situation, your response should indicate "zero" or "N/A".
