There are different options to conduct a wire based on your relationship with U.S. Bank. Specifically, for our Global Transition Solutions customers, we offer the following options:
Branch – A customer can send a domestic or international wire by visiting the branch of their choosing and working directly with a banker.
Digitally – A customer can send a domestic wire (within the United States) through online banking or the mobile app. Sending an international wire digitally is not supported at this time.
Japanese Customer Service Unit (JCSU) – Exclusively for our Global Transition Solutions customers, a customer may call in and conduct both domestic and international wires with a banker over the phone. To do so, a customer must complete the enrollment steps listed above, based on whether or not the customer has a phone number based in the United States.
