The Homepage is designed to make sure you have early access to all account, payment, and tax information, as well as to a wide range of reports to meet your needs.

The Quick Search tool helps you find any participant record using a single personal identifier like Social Security number, payee name, or check number.

The Bulletin feature keeps you updated on any announcements or changes that could impact your plan or distributions.

From the menu bar, they select the Account tab on the left and a page opens.

The account page provides visibility to how your account is set up, information on your funding sources, as well as automatically provide applicable payment registers, change reports, outstanding check reports, and death audit reports with every monthly cycle.

They select the Payment tab which is next to the Account tab, on the right, and a drop down menu appears. They select Search.

The Payments tab is a hub for everything you need to view and manage your participant distributions.

They select an account in the search results and a new page opens.

Quickly see a list of all desired participants and access individual benefit payment details with a click.

They select Add from the dropdown Payment menu.

Here you can view and edit payment details, create periodic or one-time payments, discontinue payments, and keep your participants' information current.

They select Reports, the fourth option on the Menu bar, and a dropdown menu appears with options for Account, Payments, Payment History, Miscellaneous, My Reports

In the Reports tab you can run your own reports to access all account, payment, and payment history in multiple formats, such as Excel or PDF.

A new page opens when they select My Reports from the dropdown menu.
