Yes. Microsoft Money, Quicken and QuickBooks software all include an "account reconciliation" feature, which updates your records every time you download. Each transaction that has cleared your account is automatically entered into your computerized "register" - so there's no more waiting for a monthly statement to see where you stand. |

Security and privacy are built into U.S. Bank Online. For instance, access to any of the online services requires at least a four-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) or Password that only you know. Here are a few simple things you can do to maximize the security and confidentiality of your online banking relationship:
- Choose a PIN or password that's easy for you to remember, but not obvious to someone else. For instance, don't use part of your Social Security number, phone number or birth date.
- Change your PIN or Password often. It's easy to do, because it appears on the same screen you use to access U.S. Bank.
- Microsoft Money and Quicken software allow you to "lock" your financial file with a password. That creates a second layer of protection for all of your financial records.
