Retail Branch Banking

Retail branch banking offers flexible schedules including extended and weekend hours and opportunities to advance for top performers. Call Center
Passionate about assisting customers 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, our call center employees are enthusiastic, outgoing, flexible, able to multitask, and have strong verbal communication skills. We have call centers in multiple locations, including St. Paul, MN; Portland, OR; Cincinnati, OH; Denver, CO; Milwaukee and Eau Claire; WI, Fargo, ND; Coeur d’Alene, ID; Houston, TX and Knoxville, TN. Our strong performers are rewarded with compensation and advancement opportunities. Many shifts are available. Call center opportunities include: Customer Service Specialist/Advisor, Personal Banker and Customer Service Manager.
