FlexPoints for merchandise rewards are redeemed when merchandise is requested by cardmembers. All FlexPoint deductions will be made at the time of redemption. Returns on merchandise rewards are only accepted for merchandise that is damaged, defective or mis-shipped. Returns will be honored for equal exchanges. Merchandise returns should be returned to the merchant or other issuer(s) of the merchandise or as otherwise directed. U.S. Bank will not be responsible for handling returned merchandise.
