How You Redeem

Redeem your earned cash reward in $5 increments with a minimum redemption of $20. You can choose for your cash reward to be issued in the form of a paper check or statement credit.

Login to U.S. Bank Internet Banking
Select "REWARDS CENTER" in the left menu
Select your card name
Select "Redeem Rewards"

Rewards are earned on net purchases only. There is no limit on the cash rewards you can earn. Rewards are earned on accounts that are open and in good standing. Any rewards remaining at the time your account is closed will be forfeited. Your cash reward is calculated monthly and a rolling total appears on your credit card statement. Full terms of the Cash Rewards program will be sent when you become a Cardmember.

How You Earn

Earn up to 25% cash back when you use your FlexPerks Cash Rewards Visa Check Card at more than 200 partners.

In Store — For partners offering cash back for in-store purchases, simply present your check card and sign for your purchase.
Online — For partners offering cash back for online purchases, you must access these partners through the Cash Reward Partner Center. Once logged in, select a participating partner link in the partner offer detail to shop online and earn cash back.
Phone — To earn cash back on phone purchases, simply provide your check card number at the time of purchase. Phone orders are considered non-PIN.

Earn up to 1/2% cash back on all purchases (non-PIN) made with your U.S. Bank FlexPerks^SM Cash Rewards Visa Check Card with U.S. Bank Packages.

How You Redeem

Redeem your earned cash reward in $5 increments once you've earned at least $5. Your cash reward will be deposited directly into your U.S. Bank Checking or Savings account.

Select "REWARDS CENTER" in the left menu
Select your card name
Select "Redeem Rewards"

Offline:

Call U.S. Bank 24-hour Banking and Financial sales and select Account Inquiries
Visit your local U.S. Bank branch

U.S. Bank FlexPerks Cash Rewards Check Card customers are eligible to earn up to 25% cash back on purchases (non-PIN) at select partners. U.S. Bank Package customers are eligible to earn up to an additional 1/2% cash back (depending on package level) on every check card purchase (non-PIN). Cash Advances, ATM transactions and purchases made with a PIN do not qualify. Retail Internet Banking (RIB) enrollment is only required to earn cash back with online Cash Rewards Partners. Online partners must be accessed through usbank.com/cashrewards. RIB enrollment is not required to earn cash back at participating in-store locations or via phone. Cash Rewards can take up to 30-days before they are available in the Rewards Center for redemption. The minimum redemption amount is $5.00, and can only be redeemed in $5.00 increments. Checking account must be in open, valid status to receive cash reward. Cash Rewards remain the property of U.S. Bank until they are redeemed. Cash Rewards may be forfeited if customers choose to switch check card rewards programs. Unredeemed Cash Rewards will expire and be forfeited after 36 months. Cash Rewards partners and cash back values subject to change without notice. All reward programs subject to change without prior notification.
